A multipurpose rice-powered fan has the following uses:

1. Instant cooling without needing batteries.

2. Instantly "cool down" a fit of anger by squeezing the fan to make it run harder when you're about to sulk. If you squeeze it and it makes a "rắc" sound, take it as a sign to rein yourself in (or the fan might break).

3. If you're angry with someone, instead of sulking you can turn to them and say: "Hey you, you're as 'hot' as I am, right? Let me fan you." Because it runs on rice and must be squeezed by hand, the coil inside the fan will go "cót, cót" as if to say: "Oh dear, I'm really mad at you — I was going to shout even louder than this fan sounds, but even though I'm angry I still love you, so I'll fan you to cool you off!
