Among the Old Testament characters, my favorite is Mr. Jeremiah's journey. Maybe that's why I have a gentle, cherished younger brother who has just turned 20.

One day, my brother said to me: "Sis, the taro ice cream is delicious!"

I told myself that I must stop by to have the taro ice cream sometime even though I only like coffee ice cream

During the holiday, I thought, "Wow, it's been a while since I exercised; I should go out for a walk." As soon as I stepped outside it began to drizzle, and I thought: "Well, if it's raining like this I'll just walk a bit to the nearby ice cream shop to get that taro ice cream."

So I walked to buy the taro ice cream. Eating ice cream only produces a single paper wrapper, so there's no need to bring a water bottle or use a plastic cup.

The drizzle continued. I walked, eating the ice cream in the rain without carrying any umbrella, thinking to myself: "Oh, I'm so romantic! It's so chill to eat ice cream in the rain."

I arrived home just as I finished the ice cream, and the moment I closed the door the rain poured down very heavily, as if the shower had been patiently waiting for me to hurry home so it could burst down.

I closed the door and a strong gust of wind blew in, making me blush and smile to myself: I'm truly grateful for waiting, for being patient — so I wouldn't get wet in the rain!
